What is the easiest and lowest cost plumbing system for a homeowner to install?

We recommend a CPVC system as the logical choice for a homeowner to work with. No special tools are required; you only need a hack saw to cut the pipe. The fittings all are solvent welded together and the parts and pieces are all low cost. Given the usefulness of the SHARKBITE or GATERBITE fittings, almost any plumbing system can be converted to work with CPVC.
