We love the folks over at ToolSkool. Brad Staggs and his partner-in-crime Beth Knott make incredible videos that are both informative and fun to watch. They also make us laugh, and in the tool business that’s a really good thing. Brad surprised me with a text this morning and told me to check out his latest video over at the website. I queued it up and was completely blow away when I realized he had…Well, before I say too much and spoil the surprise, perhaps you should just watch it for yourself:
Now tell me, isn’t that the best Valentine’s/Father’s Day/Birthday gift you can imagine for a man who loves tools? (the magazine, not the puppy). Thanks a ton to ToolSkool for the promotion and look for a review of DeWalt’s new Cordless Framing Nailer by Brad in the April edition of Pro Tool Reviews Magazine.
And that’s not the only video we showed up in this week. As it turns out, there seems to be a little “in-house” Tool Site competition, with the guys at Tools in Action getting in on the deal as well (in fact, it was this video that made Brad at ToolSkool want to up the ante):
Eric and Dan are great guys and their videos are hilarious as well as informative (not to mention irreverent—which is what we love about them). If you haven’t subscribed to their YouTube channel, be sure and do just that—you won’t regret it.
Meanwhile, Robert Robillard from AConcordCarpenter.com was caught on Facebook sitting back in Cancun Mexico reading his copy of the magazine:
And of course, you can check out what all the hubbub is about by getting your own subscription to Pro Tool Reviews Magazine. 100 pages every month, this magazine is written by the pros who use tools every day. Whether you work in residential or commercial construction, there’s going to be something for you. And if you’re a DIY’er, who just loves tools—this magazine is going to entice you as well. Don’t miss out!

I like Brad’s version – He went for it!
Yeah… If you can count on anything, it’s Brad’s ability to really take an idea and take it to the extreme!
