Got my new HART 20V 1 Gallon Chemical Sprayer. It is a nice little package that I plan to use quite a bit this spring and summer! It comes with a 1 gallon container. Larger ones can be purchased, but the 1 gallon size is perfect for me. I am a female and so I need something light. The unit is light and easy to carry. Having a battery to do all the hard work is just awesome. Pumping and praying wears me out especially in the heat. This sprayer is a worker!! Super easy to use and have ready to go when you are. The battery lasts through several sprayings! I have other Hart products, so I know this will be a nice addition. The box contains everything needed to get started, measuring cup, sprayer, adjustable wand, battery and battery charger! This sprayer will work with all Hart 20V batteries. I love that I can just press a button and not have to pump because that is hard on a back. I use a non poisonous mixture to kill grass so this can be used anywhere at any time. Spraying the cracks in my concrete drive is a snap too! This sprayer can handle small jobs and big jobs! I love it!! So glad I have something that will do the work for me!! Also includes a 3 year warranty!

Great light sprayer that does all of the work!

This chemical sprayer is a must-have for anyone who prefers to spray Round up, instead of weedeating. I live on a few acres with a ton of field fence, so each year I kill the grass under the fence instead of wearing myself out running a weed eater. Before I was sent this sprayer, even that could turn into a bit of manual labor. If you have to spray several gallons, and carry the sprayer, your arms are tired before you finish.

This neat little tool is operated by a 20v battery, which is apparently compatible with all other Hart brand 20v tools. The charger is included as well, and it states that it can spray around 40 gallons on a single charge. I have used several gallons and cannot tell a difference in power.

The tank has some nice, secure hasps that hold the sprayer onto the tank. It has a fill neck on one side, and the cover for it doubles as a measuring cup to measure your chemicals. It screws down secure and won't fall off. It makes a bit more noise than I was expecting, but it's nothing unbearable. This thing seems to be a well put together tool.

I've still got a little bit more spraying to do, but overall, I'm impressed with it! My only complaints would be a) the small 1 gallon tank & b) to be hand carried, I feel like it should be on a backpack or at least have that option. I don't think anyone will regret buying it!

So happy to not have to pump by hand!

Right out of the box instructions were easy to follow, assembly was in plain English and straight forward. The packaging was perfect. All parts were padded to protect from possible shipping damage. 
The first task was to charge the Battery. It was done in 45 minutes. Sweet!
 I really like the fact that it uses the same 20 volt battery and charger as other HART tools. I will be buying other HART products that share this battery. With a couple of batteries and one charger I can power multiple devices. This is a GREAT convenience in this world of many chargers and batteries.
Look up the many HART tools that are available. A true handyman's toy store… and good quality tools to boot!!
My favorite feature about this sprayer is not having to carry around a two gallon model when one gallon is all I need. Keep in mind, a gallon of liquid is roughly 8.8 pounds not including the container. Perfect weight for elders. 
The attachments include heavy duty seals and they are thick and appear to be long lasting types. All the parts assembled smoothly and threads for screw-on parts aligned correctly. I noticed no leaking and I tried. LOL.
Although not mentioned in the parts manual, the unit included two spray nozzles. Such a lovely surprise. Variable nozzles provide better atomized fluids. One of the nozzles offers a wide misting fan. The other nozzle adjusts from a fine mist to a narrow stream with excellent pressure. The solid stream easily achieved a 10 foot range that is more than adequate for all tasks. 
The tank features a wide spout with a cap that doubles as a mixing cup. It's easy to fill, and easy to clean.
HART is well poised to offer an array of tools of good quality. I would gladly recommend this sprayer without hesitation.

This 1 gallon is just the perfect size and not too heavy or bulky for me to carry around. Assembly is easy as there aren't that many parts to put together. I also love that the battery is rechargeable. It's great for me to spray down weeds along the sidewalk and in the yard.

Small and Lightweight

This One Gallon Rechargeable Garden Sprayer By Hart will be such a welcome addition to our gardening tools when spring rolls around.
It's a well thought out device for fit and function. Even the fill spout lid is a measuring cup to measure your chemicals.
Its light weight even filled and the wand hose is long enough to set it down for use if desired.
The 20V battery was plenty of power for a nice spray in my test of water spraying.
We still have snow on the ground and I had nothing that I needed to spray chemicals on so I just used water.
It will be so much easier than pumping up a hand sprayer saving you effort and time.

A great thing for older joints with arthritis.

I specifically ordered this pump for a project for my moms house. She stains the concrete of her driveway for both a pop of color and to conceal oil stains. The product she uses acts like a sealer but with color and needs to be heavily applied and evenly distributed to avoid streaks. We've tried using a sponge but that takes forever. We've also tried a mop but it left fiber marks and was not very even. So I read that you can seal tile with product in a pump and thought to try it. I am so excited that I did because we have now perfected the look of her driveway! What has taken us hours before literally took about 20 minutes and that's with two coats. The HART 20V 1 Gallon Chemical Sprayer is lightweight so you don't have to worry about lugging around a heavy, clunky product once you've added liquid. It's a very versatile sprayer and is battery operated. I also have a ton of black widows where I live so we are always spraying down backyard furniture. I have been using spray bottles of bug repellent but this is so much more efficient! I am getting a ton of use out of my new DIY Buddy and you will too!

Multipurpose and easy to use!

I love the battery powered HART 20V 1 Gallon Chemical Sprayer. I really didn't realize how convenient it is just spraying and not having to pump all the time. I use it inside for bug spraying and sanitizing areas like the shower and tubs. Outside I use it for chemical fertilizers, bug and herbicide spraying. The battery, so far being new, has supplied enough power to complete a given project without out needing a recharge before finishing. The pressure however is not too great. It gave me about a 3-4 foot stream beyond the end of the nozzle. So you get more of a spot spray coverage rather than a wide broadcast coverage which higher pressures would provide. 

Several of the down sides on this unit are that it is almost entirely plastic. The tank, not so bad, looks sturdy enough however, the hose and sprayer wand is made of plastic. I have other items made of this same material that haven't last for more than about two years before becoming brittle and cracking. I hope the same is not present here but only time will tell. The other downside which is also the good side is the battery. When it's new it's great but, when they start to get older (1 to 2 years) they lose their capacity and eventually have to be replaced. Replacing a $50+ battery is not something that I look forward to. 

So, taking the good and bad into account I have to rate this unit as a 4. Maybe less if the batteries become more expensive.

I love it but not for long.

This sprayer is a 1 gallon sprayer from Hart that includes a 2.0Ah Lithium-Ion fade free power, compact and lightweight Battery and fast  Charger, Hose, Adjustable Spray Wand and a convenient on board Measuring Cup. This product claims to give 40 gallons per charge with no pumping required.  The adjustable spray nozzle allows for a variety of applications such as a tight stream or a wide spray by adjusting the tip. The wand is detachable for one or two handed use and the discharge trigger will lock in place for continuous use or you can unlock it for intermittent use. This sprayer works with all 20V Hart batteries. This is a lightweight sprayer weighing with battery at 4.3lbs. This sprayer has a 3 year limited warranty and comes with  operators manuals and product care and safety instructions in multiple languages.

No pumping lightweight sprayer

Sprayer works OK but there's an issue with the uptake tube inside the tank being a little bit on the short side (it does NOT extend all the way to the bottom of the tank). This is particularly true if this tube is not perfectly straight. Consequently, one will not be able to keep on spraying until the tank is empty.

Decent for light-duty work.

I have not even had this unit for a year. Hart claims to have a 3 year warranty The top has disintegrated where you add the chemicals, and it will not turn on with a fully charged battery. I called for support they only offer a service center that is 50 or more miles away. They say I can mail it but should call the service center to make sure they are taking repairs. Pretty much no help at all. Considering Walmart is pretty good with their returns I think they should revaluate this kind of customer service from this vendor.

I will never purchase Hart products again.
