The Hart 20v Stick Vac Kit is a powerful vacuum. It has no trouble sucking up dirt and small bits of trash. It comes with attachments for various types of cleaning. It can be used on any type of flooring. And, with the attachments, it can be used as a car vacuum.

The only negatives I've found this far are, the battery is very slow to charge. That's because of the charger type included in the kit. And, it can be a bit of a pain to clean, after use.

Overall, I recommend this Hart 20V Vac Kit, since it is so powerful and it is cordless, meaning you need need to drag an electric cord around with you when you use it and you can use it in many different places without worrying about an electrical outlet being convenient.

Powerful Vac

I’m beyond pleased with my new HART 20V Stick Vac Kit. It comes with everything you need to keep floors, carpets, crevices, ceilings, stairs, furniture and more looking clean. I have two dogs and a cat and this vacuum is so powerful at sucking up the pet hair without clogging up the dispenser or getting caught in the roller. I do double check it regularly just in case to clean out if needed. The set up is merely seconds. You want to lightweight but the functionality of a full vacuum this vac is for you. The battery charges and you put it on when you’re ready to clean and you can get a good half hour-40 minutes of cordless action. The crevice tool is great for hard to reach places like ceiling or in tight corners. (Think cobwebs). The brush tool is great on upholstery and the regular vac is great for everywhere else. It goes flat that you can get under almost anything. The dispenser collects the debris and so easily you just dump after each vacuum into the garbage. It comes with a convenient organizational rack to store all pieces by just simply affixing to your wall. I’m in love and I highly recommend to anyone that goes through cordless vacs yearly; not anymore. The convenient function buttons are right on top so your thumb in within perfect reach.

Best Stick Vac I’ve ever had

Pros: Lightweight, no cords to get in the way, easy to put it altogether right out of the box, charge the battery just like charging a cell phone, the battery is very powerful and keeps going after multiple uses, picks up dirt and debris on all kinds of surfaces and fluffs up my carpet beautifully, can be mounted on the wall with parts that come with it, empties easily and quickly, it can vacuum in places that a regular vac can't go such as all the way under a bed or in and around low furniture. Cons: I honestly don't know of any cons. This vac proved itself to me in a very short time. I have had cordless vacs in the past that were so totally worthless so I was a bit skeptical in the beginning. We are in the process of moving. I used it while packing to move. It has been much simpler and easier than a big vac would be. Moving is a nightmare even without cleaning issues but I have to say that I received this amazing vac just at the right time to make my moving chores easier. My big vac will blow debris around instead of picking it up when I vacuum my hardwood floors but this little vac picks it up. I don't usually get excited about any product but it has made such a difference. I'm not young anymore and getting out my big clunky vac is a chore in itself. The cord gets tangled and I have to push and move furniture around because it just won't fit. I highly recommend this one mainly because the battery is so powerful and it picks up very well. It does a fantastic job of cleaning all my floor surfaces. This type of vac is only as good as it's battery and this one is a winner.

Super excited about this product!!

It's pretty. The charger/ battery very simple and works on all my 20v Hart tools. Last a long time and blinks red when time to recharge. I have several pets so like a mad woman tested it on my bedroom rug knowing there was cat hair my other vacuum didn't have the power to remove. I couldn't believe how much came up even though I vacuum almost everyday. Strong enough to leave the vacuum marks. I was able to suck up litter. A little awkward for my small hands, but Would DEFINITELY recommend this product. Would be great RV/ truck tool!

Nice tool

The Hart stick vac works, once you figure out that the only instructions for assembly are on the outside of the box. The battery requires about 8 hours for a full charge. The vacuum lasts about 30 to 40 minutes per 1 full charge. It's easy enough to put together, but there are bundles of paper pamphlets with information about the battery and no assembly instructions for the vacuum. In truth, the vacuum can be snapped together in 5 minutes. Mounting the wall holder/attachment takes another 2 or 3 minutes. The vacuum is easy to use and passes smoothly over wood and tiled floors. It does ok on carpet but the head of the vacuum is a little light for a really good vacuuming. Emptying the canister is quick and easy. Pro: easy to use and lightweight. Con: Not quite enough suction power for piled carpet, but does do a decent light cleaning.

Better instructions needed

Although this looked like a bunch of parts in the box it was easy to put together. I plugged the battery into a wall socket around 8 p.m. and by morning it was fully charged.

The motor is at the top of the handle, which makes it difficult for me to handle. As a "senior" woman it's too top heavy--which means for me it's too heavy to use as a hand vac, too. My hubby thinks the hand vac would be much better with a strap to wear across your body, and tube for the attachments. It's just too big/heavy for me to hold the unit with that big motor while trying to use it as a hand vac. 

The size of the upright's brush assembly is nice, and the head rotates really nicely, and I like that it goes under the furniture, all the way to the back.

I think it could use a bit more suction power.

Because the brush assembly rotates, the handle will not stand up straight; it falls to one side or the other, which means I have to lay it down on the floor to move furniture/throw rugs, and then pick it back up to vacuum and then lay it back down to the move the furniture back into position. That makes it a "no" for me for using it in the house.

My husband thinks it's all okay and he'll be using it for his workshop and the garage.

Does a decent job vacuuming

Vacuums okay and is handy. But you have to assist dumping out the canister with your hand to get contents to dump. 
 The metal screen/filter needs to be removed and cleaned out after vacuuming 3 bedrooms and Living Room. I have another Hart vacuum and I'd give it 4 1/2 stars. I didn't need a vacuum but it was on sale and I didn't open it until after the 30 day Wal-Mart return policy. I'm a Hart Tool Fan but this one is not up to par. I got the little hand held Vac in a 5 tool package. I'd give it 5 stars. I use it more than any  tool and the Mrs's likes it a lot.
