Delivering impressive 80V battery power, this leaf blower breezes through challenging cleanup tasks, all while using an innovative backpack design to keep weight off your arms. With all that power, you'll break free from the hassles of gas-powered blowers for lawn care—without losing out on high-quality performance. The 80V of power comes from (4) 20V Power Share PRO batteries that optimize power, resist damage, and stay cool for extended runtimes. They're also conveniently compatible with 140+ cordless tools within the Power Share platform from Worx. Adapting the electric leaf blower cordless power is easy with features like the Variable Air-Control Nozzle. With Variable Air-Control you can seamlessly switch between Volume and Speed Modes to fit specific jobs. Volume Mode reaches up to 800 CFM to clear big lawns fast, while Speed Mode delivers up to 150 MPH to easily move stubborn wet leaves and other heavy debris. That robust output is enhanced with the Sonic TURBINE fan that takes in more air to blast out a forceful 22-Newton jet stream to confidently conquer the most challenging tasks. Plus, it gives 70% more and a 10X longer life than brushed motors. Simplify battery management with BASECAMP: An innovative compartment that holds all (4) batteries and connects to the backpack. You can use it to easily charge all batteries at once or interchange it with any other 80V equipment from Worx. Paired with the backpack, BASECAMP takes all the battery weight off the blower to enhance control and be easier on the arms. For even more ease of use, this battery leaf blower features Variable Speed Control Plus TURBO. Use it to refine the air speeds to fit the task—such as using lower speeds for gentle sweeping or powering up with TURBO mode to blast through heavy-duty work.
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
I bought this blower and paid a Whopping $650 with Tax thinking that the 4 batteries would give me some decent run time..Wrong ! Using it on turbo ( which they claim is 800cfm, its ok but not 800 cfm ) it lasts ready for it 17 to 18 minutes...Thats all the same as battery blowers half the price! Also the strap system a mess, I mean really a mess. Avoid this , mine going right back
A few things to help counter some of the negative reviews I saw that really made my decision feel like a giant roll of the dice when it really wasn't.
1. If you made the choice to shell out the the money, don't complain about the price. 2. Runtime has been awesome and I've been pretty conservative with the turbo mode, only using it when a lot of leaves have started to bunch up. What kind of savage just goes full on turbo for 20 minutes and is confused when it drains the battery fast? 3. I don't know anything about estimating how strong it is other than trusting the numbers I've read ... but I used to walk around my yard with a chorded Worx tri-vac in one hand and one of the 20v leafjets in the other ... and thing is way more powerful and it's cut my leaf blowing time in half.
I was really, really torn about getting this. The few reviews I saw weren't great and the price was super steep. But ... I can either spend twice as long blowing leaves from the end of August to December ... or pay someone else to do it which by the end of the year I could buy 2-3 of these with what they charge in my neighborhood.
I also have so many other Worx products and they've honestly all been great and the few I've had issues with, their customer service was also great.
If you're like me and willing to spend a little extra to have something that isn't loud, doesn't smell like gas and fits in with your tool eco-system ... ignore the other reviews and at least give it a try.
Also, my review is for 4 starts because the dual charger that's pictured does not actually ship with this product, and despite it being pictured ... they will not be sending me one. I got that confirmation directly from Worx.
I was considering a high end Stihl gas powered backpack blower, and I'm so glad I went with this unit! It's plenty powerful, with great run-time (IF you only use the "max power" sparingly). More than enough time for my needs, and being in the Worx battery ecology, honestly it's the best charger setup they have. I own a half dozen worx battery powered devices, and being bale to put any size battery in this thing to charge has been awesome. Having the giant 5AH batteries from this thing to put in any of my devices that need a longer run time has been fantastic. No more dealing with gas, no more dealing with oil changes, no more starting/stoping (just hit the switch and it's on!) no more winterizing the engine, seriously, if you have a smaller yard to clear, this is the best blower I have owned (and I waited 3+ months to write the review in case something "bit me")
