EGO Multi-Head Accessories

Best EGO Outdoor Power Equipment at GIE 2019 - Multi-Head Accessories

EGO’s Multi-Head System is getting a few new attachments to extend its versatility. First up is a cultivator (earlier release) that I’m anxious to get my hands on for a paver project I have coming up. There’s also a new bristle brush that pushes debris and snow around well along with a paddle brush coming a little further down the road.

Check out our review of the Multi-Head System and then head over to EGO’s website for more details on the new attachments.

EGO 18″ Chainsaw

With EGO’s newest 56V chainsaw, we’re looking at a battery-powered model that is a full replacement for homeowner gas models. The power is impressive and it has a few new features to make it easier if you don’t use a chainsaw every day.

The oversize auto-chain tensioning dial is super-simple to make quick adjustments while the LED light ensures you can easily see your cut no matter what light conditions you’re in and the red chain brake indicator lets you know right away if it’s on or off.

EGO Nexus Power Station

When it comes to overcoming short-term power outages or making your outdoor life a bit more comfortable, the EGO Nexus Power Station is a solid bet in the battery-powered inverter sector. Using up to four 56V batteries, you can generate as many as 2000 continuous watts of energy. And with EGO’s upcoming 10Ah batteries and solar compatibility, the Nexus Power Station looks ready to compete against anyone else in the game.

EGO Outdoor Power Equipment for Commercial Use

Best EGO Outdoor Power Equipment at GIE 2019 - EGO Commercial Battery

EGO’s commercial lineup was on display with its backpack battery as the centerpiece. Designed for all-day runtime, it powers EGO’s commercial blower, string trimmer, and hedge trimmer. There’s also an adapter if you want to use it with EGO’s homeowner line of OPE. Its 1568 watt-hours of capacity charges in just 3-1/2 hours and lasts up to 1000 cycles. That’s a lot of gas you won’t have to buy!
