At locations, demonstrators will teach potential Derby racers how to use the right tools and come up with the best design techniques to create a speedy race car. If you’ve never done it, Pinewood Derby races are a great way to bring families together and work on a fun project with the whole family. Lowe’s has been doing the Derby Days since 2004 and this year customers (and race fans) will have the chance to find two of five exclusive codes near Dremel product displays in Lowe’s stores during the month of January. The additional three codes will be released on the Boy Scouts of America, Dremel and Lowe’s Facebook and Twitter pages, and can be entered on www.DremelDerby.com to unlock secret “Pro Tips” for building a better race car.
