Next-Gen Milwaukee M18 Fuel Super Hawg (2809/2811)

Next-Gen Milwaukee M18 Fuel Super Hawg (2809/2811)Milwaukee’s newest update to the M18 Fuel Super Hawg line is an increase in drilling speed. The new 2809 (standard chuck) and 2811 (Quik-Lok) have the same exact capacity ratings as their predecessors but with a big jump in how fast you can drill. Low speed moves up 150 RPM to 500 RPM and high speed gains an extra 550 RPM to 1500 RPM. Milwaukee is also talking about runtime gains.

We’ll see if there are any substantial changes to the physical designs when we get our hands on them. For now, it looks like it’s mainly a big increase in productivity, aided by the addition of two 6.0Ah High Output batteries in the kit.
