Today, we’re taking a closer look at some award-winning automotive and metalworking tools that you can find at The Home Depot. As we expect, Milwaukee and Gearwrench are heavy players in this field, with quite a few other brands joining the ranks with their innovative entries. I’m going over nine of the top picks that you can stock up on now at Home Depot!

Milwaukee managed to recreate the size and power typically seen in air tools and package them in a cordless format for the M18 lineup. That’s impressive!

The M12 platform is Milwaukee’s more compact battery system, but if you’re in the market for an M12 die grinder, that doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice power. Milwaukee’s M12 Fuel 1/4-inch extended die grinder brings an unusually high power-to-weight ratio. It delivers up to 1/2 horsepower with speeds topping out at 20,000 RPM, while weighing just 1.7 pounds as a bare tool.
