At its core, the kit features a 10-foot 1.25-inch translucent hose that’s both kink and crush-resistant. The walls of the hose are smooth to mitigate potential clogs, but if they do occur, the translucent walls make them easy to locate.
Moreover, you can remove the threaded couplers on either end and trim the hose length to fit your needs. But in our experience, 10 feet is the sweet spot for most applications.
Mullet put some serious thought into the design of their hose ends. Both have an outside diameter of 2.25 inches and swivel to reduce strain on the hose as you move around. The real slick trick here is the rotating pressure vent on the “tool end”. This vent breaks the suction while using a palm sander, so it won’t stick to your work surface.
Rubber Adapters
This kit comes with eight rubber adapters that range in size from 0.86 inches to 2.5 inches, making it compatible with a wide range of tools.
