Brand Your Carhartt Gear with Your Company’s Logo
Carhartt can now customize your workwear by embroidering your company logo on Carhartt shirts, sweatshirts, outerwear, and accessories. Carhartt’s Brand Your Gear embroidery service enables you to outfit your entire crew in durable, customizable uniforms that accurately represent your business. We gave the CCG program a try and put the Pro Tool Reviews logo on shirts, jackets, hats, and even backpacks. While we wait for them to arrive, we can tell you about the program in case you’d like to equip your employees with logoed gear.
Ordering Carhartt Embroidered Company Gear
To order Carhartt Embroidered Company Gear, first, start by visiting the Carhartt Company Gear website. You can Brand Your Gear with any eligible product. Eligible products feature a “Brand Your Gear” logo right on the category, search, and product pages. Convenient step-by-step instructions guide you through the order placement process:
- Register your company with Carhartt
- Choosing your gear from the “Brand Your Gear” selections
- Upload your logo
- Setting sizes, colors, and quantities
- Completing your order, payment, and shipping info
Depending on the product, you can add your logo to either chest and/or either sleeve, or a combination of several.
You’ll have to order a minimum of 6 pieces of the same style and color to qualify, and the service requires between 10 and 14 days. Once Carhartt completes the embroidery, your order will be shipped. Your account will also provide tracking information.
Uploading Your Logo
Uploading your logo to the Carhartt Company Gear site is a simple process that requires just a few clicks. They support JPEG, PNG, and PDF file formats. They can even remove the edges and background in case you don’t have a perfectly “clean” logo to give them (the PDF or a large PNG file nets you the best possible quality).
Carhartt will convert your logo into a digital file formatted for embroidery. All logos are treated as unique files and digitized according to the selected product fabric, color, and location. Carhartt will size all uploaded logos to the maximum width or height for your particular embroidery location.
What Type of Gear Can You Logo?
Carhartt offers the Brand Your Gear embroidery service only on garments that are best suited for the service. These items include T-shirts, work shirts (both long-sleeve and short-sleeve), sweatshirts, jackets, vests, hats, tool bags, and backpacks.

Our Thoughts
We’re excited about this new service from Carhartt. We already wear their shirts and pants—and have for years. They simply make durable—and affordable—workwear that appeals to a wide variety of trades. We used to add the Pro Tool Reviews logo to our gear using a local screen printing and embroidery shop. We’ll continue doing that for some of our gear. Now, however, it’s great to know that with the click of a button, we can upload our logo and have shirts, hats, and more arrive directly from Carhartt with our logo already in place!
We’ll add some photos of our logoed shirts when they arrive and share our thoughts on the quality of the embroidery. If it’s anything like the quality of their workwear, we should be in good hands.
