It was $699 when first introduced. That’s a big drop to have $200 taken down. KKR totally misread the market by renaming a company and just charging more for products. Hitachi tools are good, I have many. I have the cordless table saw and it’s fine but not overwhelming. I don’t buy anymore of the 36v tools because the batteries are huge and expensive. Their triple hammer impact is still one excellent tool.
