Fluke Ti95 and Ti90 Infrared Cameras Offer Wireless Communication

New to the infrared camera world are the Fluke Ti95 and Ti90 systems. By far, the most impressive feature on the Ti95 and Ti90 is the ability to utilize Fluke Connect, a wireless integration of tool and smart phone to share information. I’ll dig into that a little deeper in a moment. Let’s look at the fact that the camera itself is pretty impressive on it own first.

When compared to other IR cameras in the same price class, the Fluke Ti95 and Ti90 offer spatial resolutions up to 84% better. The built in digital camera is 2 megapixels. The display features picture in picture capability. No, you can’t watch the soccer match while checking thermal data. What you can do though, is see what you are checking in better context by blending visible color imaging with infrared imaging.

The display is 3.5 inches diagonally and features a rugged design. These infrared cameras are IP54 rated as well as drop tested to withstand a 2 meter fall. The cameras include an 8 GB removable wireless SD card. Okay, back to that whole Fluke Connect conversation…

Fluke Connect does much more than I will tell you about here, but let’s look at the most impressive features. ShareLive video calling allows you to save measurements and data from the camera to your smartphone. You can then share that while speaking with your team or client so the data is in front of them while you explain the significance. AutoRecord can automatically save data to your phone. TrendIt graphs offer a visual display of the data you’ve collected. Data from the Fluke Ti95 and Ti90 can be stored on the Fluke Cloud storage system.

EquipmentLog stores historical data for quick comparison and troubleshooting. The app even allows you to create and assign work orders on the spot. The entire list of features and specs are available on Fluke’s website, along with a video that introduces the Fluke Connect app. Check all of that out by clicking here.
