Save Room In Your Toolbox With Klein’s 2-in-1 Plier Wrench
Pliers and wrenches are two of the most essential tools a tradesman (or anyone, really) should have on hand. When you’re building your tool set, both of these tools should be present, but who says they need to be separate? The Klein Plier Wrench fuses these two tools into one, saving you space in your toolbox while still aiming to provide reliable performance. Let’s take a look at what else it brings to the table.
Klein Plier Wrench: The Big Deal
While this isn’t the only plier wrench on the market, Klein is changing things up a bit with the design of the D53010. This 10-inch tool has a removable and reversible jaw that lets you choose between a flat edge, for work on flat-sided fasteners, or a toothed edge, for use with pipes or other rounded objects. Effectively, this tool acts as both a wrench and a pump plier thanks to this reversible design.
To remove the jaw, simply open the handles to their most open position by pressing the silver adjustment tab. The bottom jaw piece can then be pivoted out of the channel, reversed, and inserted back into the channel.
The Klein plier wrench has a max jaw opening of 2 inches with 20 adjustment positions in between. The handle lever adjustment also lets you fully adjust while working in confined spaces, reducing hand travel and fatigue.
