93LDM100C Compact Laser Distance Measurer – The Big Deal
For starters, the first thing we noticed when comparing the 93LDM100C to the previous Klein Tools laser measurer was the size. It is slimmer than its predecessor, at around 1-inch wide. The former model measures 2-inches in width.
The new model also only has one button. For reference, the 93LDM65 has multiple buttons to adjust and toggle settings. The single button on the Klein 93LDM100C laser distance measurer claims to do it all. It even has the ability to record single or continuous measurements. Additionally, it displays up to three measurements at a time compared to the 20 measurement memory of the older model.
The former LDM cost about $20 more, though it calculated area and volume. If you just want a simple device that takes measurements, then this compact device might suit your needs better.
