The Makita GRH10 40V rotary hammer uses a brushless motor to achieve speeds of up to 840 RPM and a blow rate of 5000 BPM at the top end. It features a variable speed dial and trigger so you can set your speed to the job at hand.

Makita tells us this tool is engineered for heavy-load concrete applications, delivering up to 40% more hitting force than previous models. Constant speed control automatically applies additional power under load, leading to increased performance.

The GRH10 features three operating modes— rotation only, hammering with rotation, or hammering only.

Plus, in the case of a bind-up, the motor and gears also disengage thanks to Active Feedback-Sensing Technology and a torque-limiting clutch, preventing potential damage or injury
