When it comes to pellets, the Signature Blend is my go-to, especially when I have multiple meats cooking at the same time. Pay attention to Traeger’s recommendations, though. By making a shift in your pellet selection, you can add an extra layer of flavor that complements the meat and takes it to the next level.
I haven’t had a sauce or run from Traeger that I didn’t like, but one stands out from the rest. If you grill or smoke fish or fowl, you have to try the Fin and Feather rub. I have yet to find anything better on trout, snapper, chicken, or turkey.
