Professional Tool Reviews for Pros

New Jet Air Compressors Announced

Jet Air Compressors

Choosing an air compressor for your shop can be an exercise in frustration. You need something that’s going to be reliable and deliver the kind of power you need to consistently produce outstanding results across a wide range of pneumatic tools. The new Jet air compressors offer a solution for Pros that demand that kind of performance.

So what do they have to offer?

I’m so glad you asked.

The lineup consists of four new Jet air compressor that range from 60 to 80 gallons and share some common features. At the top, you’ll find a replaceable air filter to pull out airborne debris before it reaches the tank. The pump benefits from cast iron material for durability suitable even in industrial applications.

Jet JCP-804 Air Compressor

The reciprocating piston design is borrowed from the automotive industry, pulling in air on the down stroke and compressing it on the up stroke. The pulleys and belt are enclosed in a metal cage that allows for visibility without risking hands and clothing getting caught up in the action.

Oil in the crank case is monitored and each of these Jet air compressors will shut off if the oil level gets too low to protect your investment. As well all know, moisture inside the tank is one of a compressor’s biggest enemies. Jet oriented the tank drain directly at the base to remove as much as possible.

Each of the compressors are ASME certified and come with a 3 year warranty. For more information, check out the website.

Hey Pro Tool Reviews, how about including some country of origin information in your reviews? Whenever I purchase a pro grade tool, I do my darndest to make sure that not only are the assembled in the USA, I look for components to be manufactured in the USA.
