The Milwaukee 3006 dual-battery string trimmer features a 17-inch cutting swath, and you can lower it to 15 inches if you’d like to prioritize runtime. The dual-battery design gives you enough power and runtime to manage larger or multiple properties.
While it does require both batteries for operation, this kit includes two M18 8.0Ah batteries. This gives you up to 30 minutes of runtime per charge using a 17-inch swath. If you lower the cutting swath to 15 inches, you can get up to 50 minutes. Of course, if you’re already on Milwaukee’s M18 battery system, you can use your extra batteries to extend your runtime even further.
A two-speed selector lets you set your max speed between 4900 RPM and 6200 RPM. Milwaukee says it reaches full throttle in under 1 second.
