Understanding electrical formulas is a critical skill for electricians as accurate calculations make for proper code compliance and safe installations. The DeWalt Wiring Quick Check: Extreme Duty Edition compiles the most commonly used formulas and simplifies them, using a step-by-step approach and practical, real-world examples.

Topics range from Ohm’s Law and power formulas to areas of conduit and conduit fill. In addition, reference tabs and a sturdy design make the guide a beneficial tool that will weather a variety of jobsite conditions.

The DeWalt Construction Math Quick Check: Extreme Duty Edition identifies the mathematical formulas that are most commonly used in the construction industry and simplifies them using a clear, step-by-step approach. The guide covers basic conversions, percentages, volume calculations, framing calculations and more; and clarifies complicated calculations with detailed charts and tables. Overall comprehension is enhanced with real-world examples that offer a meaningful and relevant context for important calculations.

The books are small (4″x6″), rugged, oil & water resistant, and made to take jobsite abuse – so they are really designed to be handled and used right on the work site when needed.
