M18 Fuel 7 1/4-Inch Rear Handle Circular Saw w/One-Key

Milwaukee Rear Handle Saw

Starting out, we have the latest M18 Fuel 7 1/4-inch Rear Handle Circular Saw, and on paper, it certainly seems like a strong contender. The brushless motor spins the blade at up to 6,000 RPMs with a max cutting depth of 2-5/8 inches, allowing you to slice through 3x material in a single pass and reducing the need for secondary cuts. Notably, these specs are identical to the previous iteration, so there must be more to the story than meets the eye.

The real story here is the weight reduction—Milwaukee trimmed 1.5 pounds off the total weight compared to the previous generation (2930), making it more manageable and reducing fatigue during long days. This is a big deal for a rear-handle saw, which traditionally tend to track on the heavier side. We look forward to getting this saw in for some hands-on testing to feel the difference for ourselves.

In terms of runtime, Milwaukee claims up to 700 cuts per charge when paired with an M18 Forge 12.0 battery. Those kind of numbers make this rear-handle saw an advantageous option for Pros looking to leave corded models behind.

Beyond the raw performance specs, Milwaukee equipped this saw with a few of their more advanced safety and performance features, such as Autostop kickback prevention and VacLink connectivity. On top of that, it features Milwaukee’s One-Key system for tool tracking, inventory management, and service monitoring.

All in, this updated model appears to be more than just an incremental update and addresses some serious pain points that we’ve identified in the rear-handle saw arena. We look forward to getting our hands on it in the months to come so can see if it lives up to the hype.

M12 Fuel 1/4-Inch Straight Die Grinders

M12 Fuel Straight Die Grinders

Milwaukee is expanding the M12 lineup with two new M12 Fuel Straight Die Grinders, and these second-gen models mean business. Both the standard and extended versions are powered by brushless motors that deliver up to 0.5 horsepower and top speeds reaching 20,000 RPM.

Now, the RPMs remain the same as in the previous iteration; however, the power output has increased by 66.7%, which is nothing to sneeze at. That’s plenty of muscle for demanding automotive and metalworking applications, whether you’re using a cut-off wheel, blending welds, or completing detailed finish work.

Both tools feature four speed modes and a variable-speed paddle trigger, allowing you to fine-tune the performance for a myriad of tasks. Milwaukee also simplified accessory changes with a push-button spindle lock rather than a hex collet and added an LED work light to improve visibility in darker work areas.

Milwaukee’s main focus here is versatility, giving you the cordless tools you need to get the job done right. The standard length model features an improved ergonomic grip that offers excellent control for precision work. On the other hand, the extended version sports a 4-inch shaft, allowing you to reach into tight engine bays and other hard-to-reach areas without sacrificing power.

With all that said, it feels like Milwaukee is throwing down the gauntlet to the pneumatic champions of yesteryear, but that remains to be seen until we test it for ourselves. In my eyes, the biggest upside here is that there’s no air hose trailing behind you. For Pros who value hassle-free mobility, that’s a pretty compelling proposition.

Standard Length Price: $229 (bare tool), $379 (kit)
Extended Length Price: $249 (bare tool)

M12 Fuel Extended Reach Ratchets

Milwaukee Extended Reach Ratchets

Like the die grinders, Milwaukee is pushing deeper into the automotive sector with the brand new generation of M12 Fuel Extended Reach Ratchets. These new models focused on two things above all else—access and torque.

They’re available in 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2-inch drive sizes, and each ratchet features an extended neck design. The heads are impressively compact, allowing technicians to reach fasteners tucked deep inside engine bays and other cramped work areas. Here’s a quick look at the specs:

1/4-Inch 30583/8-Inch 30591/2-Inch 3055
No-Load Speed550 RPM400 RPM300 RPM
Max Torque45 ft-lbs70 ft-lbs80 ft-lbs
Length15.4 in.16.2 in.16.5 in.
Weight1.8 lbs2.1 lbs2.2 lbs

These speed and torque specs match those of Milwaukee’s newest cordless ratchets, with the only real differences being length and weight.

One of the more interesting additions is the interchangeable trigger system. Each ratchet comes equipped with a standard trigger and includes a paddle-style trigger cap, allowing you to tailor the feel to your personal preferences. This is a smart carryover from the standard length M12 Fuel Ratchets, and we’re glad Milwaukee includes them.

All in, this lineup gives you a ton of flexibility when you’re working in tight spaces. Not to mention, they have more than enough power to tackle stubborn nuts and bolts with confidence.

M18 Fuel Striker Hammer Chisel

M18 Fuel AirHammer

Milwaukee is taking aim at one of the last holdouts of pneumatic automotive equipment with the M18 Fuel Striker Hammer Chisel. The Striker houses a brushless motor that generates an impressive 7 joules of impact energy. This rivals the output of leading pneumatic models operating at 145 PSI. That’s serious power for suspension work, seized fasteners, ball joints, and other stubborn components that refuse to cooperate.

It features a variable-speed trigger and three selectable impact modes that let you dial in the power output to match the task at hand. It also utilizes a ramp-up mode that gradually increases impact speed to help prevent the bit from slipping and reduces the risk of damaging surrounding components. This is especially important when working around suspension components.

The twist-style chuck allows for quick bit changes and accepts standard .401-inch round-shank accessories. This design makes it easy to swap out bits in a matter of seconds. Milwaukee is also launching a five-piece bit set and a protective rubber boot so you’re ready to get started right away.

Like the new die grinders, the Striker gives you the freedom to move around without being tethered to an air line and compressor, while still maintaining the power needed for demanding applications. The mobility aspect is especially important when you’re working in a shop that’s crowded with lifts and toolboxes. Overall, the Milwaukee 3771 offers the mobility, control, and conveniences that many mechanics are searching for.

MX Fuel 27-Pound SDS Max Demolition Hammer

Milwaukee 27 pound Demo Hammer

The MX Fuel 27-pound SDS MAX Demolition Hammer delivers heavy-duty, cordless demolition power comparable to corded models without the hassle of cords or generators. Its brushless motor produces up to 26.1 J of impact energy for confidently breaking concrete, block, and tile.

Moreover, the large MX Fuel batteries provide long runtimes and are capable of chipping up to 1.5 tons per charge. Two-speed modes and chisel adjustment let you dial in the tool to meet your needs for each application, and an integrated LED work light improves visibility in dark or confined work areas.

Considering user comfort, this demolition hammer employs Milwaukee’s AVS Anti-Vibration System to reduce fatigue during extended use, and the ergonomic handle placement enhances control.

The wireless Vaclink dust control adds another level of convenience, allowing you to activate compatible dust extractors directly from the tool, improving cleanup and efficiency. It’s also One-Key compatible, so tracking and managing tools on the jobsite is much easier.

Roll-On 7200W/3600Wh Power Supply

Roll-On Power Supply

The Milwaukee Roll-On 7200W/3600W 6.0kWh Power Supply delivers high-output, reliable energy with the convenience that modern jobsites demand. It’s equipped with an integrated 6kWh Battery that provides 7,200 watts of starting power and 3600 watts of running power. Because of this larger battery, it’s able to sustain heavier use over extended periods better than what we’ve experienced with similar battery-powered models.

On the tech side, the Roll-On houses a pure sine wave inverter that protects sensitive electronics, while pass-through capability allows you to charge and discharge simultaneously. This makes it a great stand-by power source in case of unreliable power.

It features two 20A GFCI duplex outlets, one USB-C, and one USB-A ports so you can power multiple corded tools, chargers, and devices at once.

Looking at the exterior, it sports large 9.5-inch all-terrain wheels for effortless transport over loose terrain, and it’s fully PackOut compatible. Additionally, it’s One-Key enabled for easy tracking and management, and you can also adjust charge rates and monitor the power supply from your phone. M18 & M12 PackOut Compatible Four Bay Simultaneous Super Charger

4-bay super charger

Maintaining a steady supply of batteries can be a daunting task for busy Pros, but Milwaukee has a new charging solution to ease your pain. The new M18 and M12 Four Bay Super Charger simultaneously charges up to four batteries at a time. Milwaukee claims it does this up to 10x faster than before and that it can bring four 12.0Ah Forge batteries to 100% in just 90 minutes!

The charger features two dedicated M18 charging ports and two hybrid bays that can accept either an M18 or M12 battery. Additionally, the Charge Adapt technology intelligently allocates power across all four bays, enabling simultaneous charging and reducing the inevitable bottleneck in the battery rotation.

This charger is clearly built to handle the high demand of a busy jobsite, so effective heat management is crucial. The charger is Cool Cycle capable and utilizes an active cooling system that minimizes downtime between charging cycles. Bear in mind, this feature only works with newer M18 batteries that have the Cool Cycle moniker. Older M18 High-Output or XC batteries may require a little more time to cool off before charging commences.

Lastly, this charger is fully PackOut compatible and designed with a convenient carrying handle for easy transport between jobs.

M18 Fuel 10 1/4-Inch Rear Handle Circular Saw

Engineered with Professional carpenters, remodelers, and general contractors in mind, the M18 Fuel 10 1/4-Inch Rear Handle Circular Saw is the largest cordless circular saw in Milwaukee’s cordless lineup. It’s powered by a brushless motor with a top speed of 3,250 RPMs and a max cut depth of 3 13/16 inches at 90°. This allows it to power through 4x lumber in a single pass, improving accuracy and consistency.

As for runtime, Milwaukee tells us that an M18 Forge 12.0Ah battery can deliver up to 250 cuts per charge in 4×4 material…not too shabby for such a hard-working saw!

As far as safety is concerned, this saw features Milwaukee’s AutoStop kickback control system and a strong electric brake to quickly bring the thick kerf blade to a halt.

When it comes to convenience, this saw features a folding multi-sized rafter hook, an LED work light, and a large side handle to help keep the saw steady as you cut.
