DeWalt Rivet Tool

Fasten Aluminum, Steel, and Stainless-Steel Rivets With the DeWalt 20V Max Rivet Tools

Fastening rivets used to require a manual rivet tool, and while they might get the job done fine, Pros are after speed and convenience. Luckily, there are a growing number of cordless solutions on the market in modern times. One such example is the DeWalt 20V Rivet Tool, which actually comes in two different models for people who need different levels of fastening power. We’re looking at both of these tools to see what they bring to the jobsite.

DeWalt 20V Rivet Tool Performance

DeWalt DCF403 Performance

You can pull up to 800 rivets on a single charge with a DCB203 battery, and it’s compatible with a variety of rivet sizes up to 3/16 inches in diameter. A 0.98-inch stroke length also lets you fasten rivets in one stroke.

It’s compatible with a variety of aluminum, steel, and stainless steel blind rivets up to 1/4 inch in thickness. Additionally, you can pull up to 300 rivets per charge with a DCP034 battery. This tool also has a stroke length of 1.18 inches, letting you fasten rivets in one stroke.
