my first planer is a dewalt corded model that still works great. The only problem with it is the cord. I have had the cord get hung up in the middle of a pass and it messes up the cut when you either change the feed rate or worse stop the cut in the middle. So then I got the 18v blue core powered cordless from bosch. that solves that problem and it has worked very well. How does it compare to other corded and cordless planers on the market? I have a bunch of cordless Milwaukee tools but want to get the best and am comparing this to the bosch 1594 and the Makita KP0810
