Jet Tools has just announced the release of three new industrial buffers designed to give Pros a safe, durable, and easy-to-use inroad to beautiful finishing work.

Key Features

The Jet Tools Industrial Buffers come in three sizes: 8-in., 10-in., and 12-in. They all share a heavy cast-iron base and body to ramp up the tool’s durability. They also feature steel motor housings, cast end plates, and large drive shafts. These oversized shafts will help to reduce wobble, keeping your work stable.

Safety is also key here. The Jet industrial buffers, in the case of the 8-in. and 10-in. models, feature a safety switch with a key. The 12-in model features a magnetic interlock switch. All models include oversized reverse thread nuts to lock your wheels into place as well.

A range of horsepower options is available for the TEFC motors, which are capable of using anything from deburring wheels to buffing discs. You can also use a variety of shaft spacer configurations for work with all of your finishing applications.

Jet will also have a range of accessories available for the new industrial buffers. You can opt to add dust shrouds, LED lamps, and buffer stands.

Pricing & Warranty

All three new Jet Tools Industrial Buffers come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. As the buffers have just been announced, and aren’t quite on the market just yet, our knowledge of the pricing is incomplete. As it stands, it looks like they will range from $399-$999.
