I tested a circuit with a circuit breaker finder. I plugged the transmitter end into an outlet (a GFCI in a bathroom) I then took the received to the breaker box. The device consistently identified the circuit breaker that was next to the correct circuit breaker. I knew the correct circuit breaker as I had already been turning it off to work on the circuit. So I was surprised when it indicated the circuit breaker next to it. What would cause this? Might this indicate a funny wiring issue?
