DeWalt 20V Max Angled Finish Nailer

DeWalt 20V Max Angled Finish Nailer

Clint DeBoer and Mike Hurta were able to get their hands on the new DeWalt DCN660B 20V Max Angled Finish Nailer at the DeWalt media event earlier this year in Charlotte. In fact, our Editor-in-chief declared his love for this DeWalt cordless nailer publicly on Twitter.

The new DeWalt DCN660B cordless 16 gauge angled finish nailer will be available this October. The nailer claims to drive 2,200 nails per charge using their 20V premium XR 5.0Ah lithium-ion battery pack (which is sold separately). Since the new nailer is compatible with all 20V Max XR lithium-ion batteries, using the 2.0 Ah battery pack is also an option. You can expect to get up to 800 nails per charge using the compact battery.

DeWalt DCN660B 20V Max Angled Finish Nailer

The new brushless finish nailer has a lightweight and compact build. The DeWalt 20V Max Angled Finish Nailer is excellent for baseboards, crown molding, and door and window casings applications. The 16-gauge nailer features a tool-free jam release, tool-free depth adjustment, and tool-free stall release. For those of you that hate trigger adjustments, the nailer also features a simple flip of the switch to go from sequential to bump fire mode.

The DeWalt 20V Max Angled Finish Nailer comes with adjustable belt hook and multi-functional LED lights. The LED lights will also notify you of battery status and send an audible alert if it has stalled. The DeWalt 20V Max Angled Finish Nailer will be available as a bare tool or kit. Like all DeWalt 20V Max tools, the nailer comes with a 3-year limited warranty, 1-year free service contract and 90-day money-back guarantee.
